    Good luck sailors. May the winds blow fair and the seas be moderate.

    In car racing the start of the race gets you on edge and the first turn has you scrambling to prevent disaster. Not sure how it works for sailors heading into the unknown. I think, however, that both sailors and racers benefit by focusing on the moment and staying Zen. Breathe. Slowly. Let it be. Sail the boat.
