We want to thank our loyal readers for the return posts telling us that someone out there is reading this. It really helps us keep up that daily posts when we know that someone is actually reading this stuff!
To Karen H. Yup, we can’t wait to post the pictures. They will tell so much yet I’m already begining to dread the process. There are so many to decide from and they are so beautiful. It will take a couple days of really dedicated time just to post them. Fortunately we’ve been “processing” them almost daily so at least they are on the computer in some kind of order and have been tweaked to adjust exposure, contrast and the like.
So…once again, many thanks to those who respond to this blog and tell us that it’s actually being read. It keeps US inspired to keep on writing on those nights when it’s late, we’re tired and just want to go to sleep…

As one of your loyal readers I will confess that occasionally I feel just a bit like a “groupie” constantly commenting on your daily stories. But……your blog is the first thing I read in the morning while I’m enjoying my morning coffee and getting the day going. (My life is so tough — not!) And your stories are so fun to read, although occasionally leave me feeling exhausted by all that you fit into a day. I do feel compelled to let you know how fun, inspiring, exhausting, or entertaining your story is and I hope you don’t loose the motivation to share your stories. They brighten my day.
So as long as I’m able to answer that complicated math question that’s required in order to comment, I’ll throw in my two cents worth (which is highly inflated, really). But, I’m sure there are many who are reading and enjoying your stories. So, thanks!
Hi Bob and Anne. Loving the ongoing stories of Faluga. When you finally (!) get back to internet-land you’ll find the video of the canoe launch (with some of your photos, many thanks) on our blog http://www.manieofardwall.blogspot.com
We’re missing the Fulaga experience so please send our love to Meli and Jiko and everyone else in the village. We’re about to leave Savusavu for points west (planning to navigate the inner passage around the north of Viti Levu)
Love from us both
Graham & Dianne
I read faithfully every day- but am not a good poster.
I read your posts every day with my cup of coffee–feel like my day doesn’t start right if you haven’t posted or if I don’t have time to read it. But it’s also hard to find something to say in response to your amazing adventures—whatever words I come up just sort of pale in comparison. Hard to believe I know someone who is living such a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Keep ’em coming, and I’ll try to respond more!
Yep, seems like many of us have the same routine…read charisma blog with our first cup of coffee. Step 2 for me is my scrabble moves…so when you get back in internet range, Ann and I can resume our game! We are in Ojai this weekend…really beautiful here, lots to explore for a small town.
